These terms cover your use of Ride Pings, provided by ACWebDev, LLC (doing business as amplifi.studio). By using the app you agree to them.
What Ride Pings is
A personal tool that shows theme park wait times and notifies you when a wait drops to a number you choose. It's free to use.
Wait-time data
Wait times come from the parks through ThemeParks.wiki and may be delayed, missing, or wrong. Rides can close at any time. Don't rely on Ride Pings for anything important, including safety, accessibility, or timed reservations.
No affiliation
Ride Pings is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company, Universal, any park operator, or ThemeParks.wiki. Park and attraction names are used only to identify them and belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own trips. Don't try to scrape, copy, or redistribute its data, overload our server, or access another person's data.
Beta
Ride Pings is in beta. Features can change, and notifications may be late or missed.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ACWebDev, LLC isn't liable for any damages from using it, including missed pings or inaccurate waits.
Ending use
You can stop using Ride Pings and delete your data at any time. We may change or end the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
